Highlights

It has been way too long since I have last posted..... so, here are some highlights since the last post.

In May we celebrated Kelly's 45th birthday with friends. He's my pie lover so we had homemade apple pie and Lemon meringue pie as well. Yumm! May was also the end of our school year. Tara finished first grade, Marissa finished Kindergarten and Jenna finished preschool.

In June, Grandpa and Grandma Clark came to visit. We had a great time during the 3 1/2 weeks that they were here. We drove to El Dama Ravine for a weekend and also drove to the coast and stayed at Turtle Bay for several nights. Thanks for visiting Grandpa and Grandma!! Most of our pictures from the coast are on Kelly's computer so i will post more of those when I can use his computer for a while.In July the girls got to go horseback riding for the first time and Tara even got to ride an ostrich one day when we went to the Ostrich farm for lunch. We had lots of fun play times with friends during July and have enjoyed our last month before starting up the new school year.

School starts back up on August 10th. Tara will be going to West Nairobi School and will be in the 2nd grade. I will continue to home school Marissa and Jenna.
