On April 23, Marissa turned 8 years old! We celebrated with friends from school and neighbors. Marissa, Tara and Jenna planned all the games and activities so all I had to do is make and decorate the cake! Wow! I think I'm liking this stage!
The first game was a relay race - carry the egg on the spoon relay.
Next we played "Pin the middle of the flower on the flower" game. (Rather than pin the tail on the donkey.) The girls painted the poster with all the flowers on it and had yellow flower centers for everyone to try to place in the correct spots. We just put tape on the back of the flower centers.
